THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
YOU CANNOT CANCEL A ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
If upon arrival the item is damaged, please contact us immediately within the first 24 hrs of you receiving the items, so that we can rectify the situation, and would be more than happy to resolve the issue.
Here are the steps you should take:
- Contact customer service immediately once you have received the items, within the first 24 hrs.
- Send in photos of the damages to the items
- Send us a copy of the invoice & confirmation #
- Send us the items back for inspection
Once you have completed ALL of these steps, we will resolve as soon as possible.
